The side window has been put in upside down at the factory. Trade Timber Windows were very prompt to have them put this right, so top marks for service.
We had a demanding specification for the windows for our home built in 1902. Chris was patience personified as he dealt with our concerns and uncertainties to get the finished product just right to satisfy our specific and demanding requirements. Chris’ exemplary endeavours to explain to us the process and the look-and-feel of the finished product allayed our concerns. Sterling removed the existing windows and fitted the replacements.
